The stay felt cute from the get-go. Dropping off luggage before check-in let me explore Tromso right away. The communal lounge had a cozy vibe with complimentary coffee and tea available, a nice touch. My room was everything was super clean, and the view was fine, one of the highlights. The kitchen could use extended hours. It closed a bit too early for late-night cooks. Another aspect that needs attention is Wi-Fi reliability, as it struggled at times. The staff were wonderful, especially Katie, who radiated positivity and eagerly offered local tips. It's a great spot but could benefit from a few tweaks.

The small room sizes took away from comfort!!! Limited parking availability added unnecessary frustration!!! Please consider extending kitchen hours for late-night cooking options!!!

Had a fantastic time enjoying the cozy communal kitchen and the free coffee available 24/7. There were also some fun board games in the lounge, perfect for relaxing after a long day. Just a heads up, the shared bathrooms can get a bit busy during peak times, but that didn’t take away from my experience! ☕️
